Launch and manage sms campaigns and alerts. Create acquisition campaign to add new subscribers.

Website
Launch a news/press section. Coordinate with external SEO team to boost SEO standing of website. Work with external website vendor to launch and draft website copy and tools.
Ad Campaigns
Draft and approve language and messaging used for campaigns in print, radio, and tv. Collaborate with outside vendors. Coordinate with internal translation and design teams, and project managers.

Reports
Proofread, copy edit, draft, and write alt text alongside Data team for annual reports highlighting statistical analysis of elections. Reports are used by Press and partner organizations.

Style Guide
Develop and launch style guide for use across entire agency. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders agency-wide. Use AP Stylebook as baseline.

Social Media
Plan and draft content for copy-heavy social platforms: Linkedin and Reddit. Collaborate with Social Media Manager. Track data with google analytics. Adjust and pivot content strategies as needed.


Manage Editorial team
Create editorial calendar. Strategize content to tie into marketing campaigns throughout the year. Manage a content writer and web content editor. Create cohesion across all content streams.
